What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the lawn information you provide (lawn size, mower type). As you use the app, we store the activity logs, product inventory, and notes you enter.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any payment information. Bermlog is free and does not process payments.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to power the app — to show your activity history, calculate inventory levels, and generate reminders. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party.

Data storage

Account and app data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Data is stored in the United States. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics — things like which features are used and how often. Analytics are only collected for signed-in users and are tied to an anonymous user ID, not your email address. This data helps us improve the app. No analytics data is sold or shared.

Amazon affiliate disclosure

Bermlog participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click a product link on Bermlog and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps keep the app free. All product recommendations are genuine — we only suggest tools that are actually useful for Bermuda grass care.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time. To request data deletion or ask any privacy-related question, email hello@bermlog.com. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify signed-in users via the app. Continued use of Bermlog after changes constitutes acceptance.
